Goodbye Notices to Sarah

We are so grateful for the love and support of so many relatives and friends.

The following notices were printed in our local newspaper, "The West Australian" and are reprinted here as a permanent record.


THURSDAY 4 APRIL 1996


CLEAVER, Sarah Ann 2.4.96

Aged only 10 years and 9 months. Passed away without pain or distress of respiratory failurearising from the genetic disease Cystic Fibrosis.

Much loved, adored, cherished and beautiful only daughter of Jean and Brian, and sister ofBradley and Michael.

Special thanks to Prof. Landau, Dr. Hayden for their tireless efforts and compassion, and the veryspecial nurses, physios and other staff at Princess Margaret Hospital, who meant so much to ourSarah. We will always remember the love shown to her.

We shared so much, and through it our love grew stronger.
Your illness took away your health, your childhood and finally your life, but it never took awayyour vivacious and cheeky intelligence.
